ervaren dat er zeer weinig ruimte is zonder verticale toegang tot de schroefgaten met een normale schroevendraaier. Bijvoorbeeld voor fracturen aan de stijgende mandibulaire ramus, de condylaire hals of voor orthognatische hermodellering van de onderkaak.<\/p><p>Bij het plaatsen van dergelijke schroeven waar weinig ruimte kan men over het algemeen kiezen uit een aantal behandelingsmethoden. De gekozen aanpak hangt af van de lengte van de te plaatsen schroeven en de voorkeursbehandeling van de chirurg.
